Before COVID-19, we were already living in a world of ever more rapid change; now we are confronted with a profoundly disruptive one. Many of us in all types of organisations will have to adapt and change. However, even in more stable times some seventy percent of change processes in and between organisations fail to deliver the expected benefits. We can do better - if we pay attention to what has been learned about how to design and implement a change process.
